Our scoring approach
Every vendor in the 2026 ranking is scored on the same 100-point model. Scores reflect public evidence reviewed at the time of publication — vendor websites, third-party review platforms such as Clutch and Salesforce AppExchange, press, and, where labeled, capability details supplied by the vendor. We separate verifiable facts from analyst interpretation, and we state honest limitations for every vendor, including the #1 pick.
The ranking weights complex B2B fit, integration depth, governance, and proof — the factors most predictive of Salesforce program success. The 100-point model

Editorial independence
- No paid placement. No vendor paid for inclusion or ranking position.
- Evidence-first. Claims are tied to public sources or labeled as analyst interpretation; supplied vendor claims are attributed and flagged when not independently verified.
- Honest limitations. Each profile states where a vendor is not the right fit.
- Living document. Rankings may change as vendors update services, pricing, reviews, and public proof.
